Things Going On In Lake Charles And SWLA This Weekend May 3-5

The first weekend of May is here. Wow, where did April go? Well if you have had a rough week and want to get out of the house and do something fun, we got you covered.

Every Friday, we try and compile a list of things going on in the Lake Charles and Southwest Louisiana area so that you can pick your poison on what to do. So let's get to it.

Larry The Cable Guy will be live at L'Auberge Casino Resort on Saturday night in their event center. The show starts at 8:00 pm

Linda's Lounge located on Lake Street in Lake Charles will have classic country artist Chris Breaux and his band playing live Friday night from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am and then on Saturday night get ready for some Zydeco with Alphonse Ardoin from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am.

Paul's Rib Shack at 4800 Nelson Road in Lake Charles will have live music this weekend with Boys Who Cry on Saturday, May 4 in the backyard. They will perform from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Johnny Jimenez will be live at Koozies on Friday night starting at 8:00 pm. Saturday night he will be live at Chaser's in Lake Charles starting at 8:00 pm, and on Sunday he will perform for Cinco De Mayo at Los Pnchos on Highway 397 in East Lake Charles starting at 6:00 pm.

Cowboys Night Club in Lake Charles will have live music on Friday Night and a Cinco De Mayo party on Saturday night.
